Chelmer HA have been using Keyfax for handling repairs for a number of years.  They recently decided to develop their customer service centre operations and given their experience with Keyfax, they were keen to extend its use to handle the wider range of housing and related enquiries they receive.

As a pre-requisite to handling such enquiries from all residents – tenants and other members of the public – they needed a contact management system.  Omfax is now working with Caltech IT Ltd to offer Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a comprehensive housing customer services package, fully integrated with Keyfax, so Chelmer have decided to adopt the system with a view to being operational by the end of the year.

Work has already started to customise both Dynamics CRM and Keyfax scripts.  As the first project from the partnership between Omfax and Caltech, this will be an exciting development and extend the range of services Omfax will be able to offer other social housing organisations.
